Below is an explanation of each status.
This status indicates that your cash exchange request has been approved. Please check to see if the Withdrawal cash has been credited to your account. If it is not reflected correctly, please contact us via the contact form.
This status indicates that there is a suspicion of improper use, and the advertisement achievement is under review. We may also request identity verification during this process. Please note that this is an investigation status and does not automatically result in denial. However, as this review may take between 30 to 90 days, we kindly request that you avoid any improper use.
